E110 Low line voltage
What the control is telling you
Line voltage is below the nameplate rating.
Applies to: EL296UHV(X) series furnaces (integrated control 103130-XX and 107045-XX)
Likely causes
- Low supply voltage from utility or panel
- Undersized or loose supply wiring
Test and repair steps
- Warning: Use caution when measuring 120 VAC line voltage.
- Measure line voltage at the furnace and compare to the nameplate (120 V, 60 Hz).
- At the integrated control, line hot to line neutral should read 97-132 VAC.
- Check breaker, disconnect and wiring connections for voltage drop.
- Correct the supply problem; the alarm clears 5 seconds after voltage recovers.
